Terms of Service

The Ground Rules for Using This Website

These terms outline your responsibilities as a visitor and ours as a clinical practice — in plain language, so there are no surprises.

Effective date: October 23, 2026 · Accident and Injury Care, 1916 23rd Ave S, Ste B, Seattle, WA 98144

Welcome to the Accident and Injury Care website. By browsing this site, completing our forms, or using our chat assistant, you agree to these Terms of Service. They exist to keep the site helpful, honest, and safe for everyone who uses it — the same way we keep our clinic.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

Using this website means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site — you are always welcome to call or text us at (206) 362-3344 instead.

2. Information Only — Not Medical Advice

Everything on this site — service descriptions, recovery guides, FAQs, and chat answers — is general information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and reading it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Only a licensed provider who examines you can diagnose or treat an injury, and nothing on this site should replace care from a qualified health professional.

3. Emergencies Belong at 911, Not in a Form

This website is not monitored around the clock, and forms, messages, and chat are not for emergencies. If you have severe pain, numbness, difficulty breathing, or any medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

4. Appointment & Referral Requests Are Requests

Submitting an appointment request, referral, or contact message does not confirm an appointment. A member of our scheduling team will contact you to finalize a time, verify your insurance, and answer questions. Likewise, an attorney or provider referral does not guarantee acceptance of a case or claim.

5. Your Responsibility for Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate information in our forms — your contact details, insurance and claim information, and injury description — and to use the site lawfully. You may not use our forms, chat, or contact channels to send spam, attempt to breach site security, scrape content at scale, or interfere with other visitors.

6. Misuse of the Website

We employ spam and bot protection, and we may decline or delete submissions that abuse these channels. We may also restrict access to the site for behavior that disrupts its operation or attempts to compromise its security.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site links to outside resources such as Google Maps for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or accuracy.

8. Site Content & Intellectual Property

The text, images, design, and layout of this website belong to Accident and Injury Care. You are welcome to read, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; reproducing site content commercially without our written permission is not allowed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accident and Injury Care is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this website, including decisions made based on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Washington law, and nothing here affects your rights as a patient.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.

12. Questions

Anything unclear in these terms? Contact us at info@autoaccidentcmt.com or call or text (206) 362-3344 — we are happy to explain any part of them.
